First up, getting the pan together...

Knowing that the seat worked - off it came while we dropped the body on.

At this point Volksworld Show was only 3 days away so the race was well and truly on!

Interior in. Engine fired up the morning we were leaving for the show... but we made it, just....

Got the car out in the weeks after, for some cruising round Cornwall on a few lovely sunny days,

but as is often the case with me, I just couldn't stop...

there was something more required.... everytime i looked at the car, it screamed out to me for something more....

So flatted back, and back in the booth - we spent a long time laying out, and flaking, remasking, kandy coating, flatting off and reflaking.... i think you get the picture....

and it was all well worth it!!!! So this is how it was when it was featured by Ultra VW, which brings us full circle to my introduction of the car!
